Anthony lives in a council estate in East London and his passion is soil and creating a healthy and sustainable food system for the local community. He turned unused roof space, backyards and abandoned parking garages into an urban farm. He’s collecting food waste from local businesses to turn it into super rich soil, grows edible plants all over the estate and then supplies them to the same restaurants in the area. He has a long term plan to provide the community with easy access to nutritious food, boosting health and community connections.
